With more than a decade of customer service experience under my belt, I found myself drawn to the idea of leveraging my skills in a virtual setting. The flexibility and freedom it offered perfectly complemented my role as a mother.

Combining my healthcare expertise with my customer service finesse, I embarked on my journey as a Virtual Assistant. My two years of specialized experience in Prior Authorization gave me a unique advantage, allowing me to tackle complex medical documentation and streamline processes with precision. As I embraced my new role, I found that the blend of my professions allowed me to bring a compassionate and organized approach to every task.
